Join The Elite Riders and Friends for 12 mile un-escorted parade that is free and open to the public. We will ride though the residential neighborhoods to kick off the start of the Kuumba Festival Parade. Then will escort the walkers of the parade to the festival site. Meeting at 9am and kickstands up at 9:30am at the Pearl St. Plaza 5304 N. Pearl St. Jax., Fl. 32208 (corner of Pearl St. & 44th St.).
