Was 2008 the last year for the Myrtle Beach Bike Week? If the Myrtle Beach City Council has the final say, it very well may be.

The City Council is so determined to get rid of the two Bike Weeks in May (the Harley Rally and Atlantic Beach Bikefest) that they voted to RAISE TAXES to pay for a plan to end bike weeks and attract other business. Their plan is to make May family vacation month.
